Shall No. 2 Q1 - Describe your organisational and asset management objectives, and how AM objectives are aligned to organisational objectives
*
There is no interest in asset management objectives so they are not documented.
Basic Asset Management Objectives are documented with references to organisational objectives but with no clear alignment or link to verify their effectiveness.
Asset Management Objectives are defined as is their alignment with the organisational objectives in the SAMP or similar. The processes for developing, deciding and reviewing the asset management objectives are also documented in the management system.
Asset Management Objectives are formally documented and structured in support of the overall organisational plan and are well aligned to support the organisational objectives. Regular routine analysis and verification is done to assess the contribution of the AM Objectives in delivery of the organisational objectives with significant level of success demonstrated and traceable to the intent of the AM Objectives.
