Accelerating ISO 55000 Compliance for Integrated Asset Management
The Accelerating ISO 55000 Compliance for Integrated Asset Management Course is run as an interactive workshop. The workshop has been designed specifically for organisations who are grappling with the implementation of the ISO 55000 Asset Management suite of standards across their organisation.
The ISO 55000 Asset Management Standards set the worldwide benchmark for the design, acquisition, operation and maintenance and disposal of physical assets. The application of these standards delivers a high level of assurance that assets are and remain, both “fit for purpose” and “safe to use” over their life cycle – while always providing the required return on investment. As more and more organisations adopt these standards however, certain challenges in implementation are becoming apparent.
Implementing the ISO 55000 Asset Management standards requires transformational change which affect multiple business units. Leaders seeking to implement this standard need to be equipped with the right knowledge strategies to embed the principles and requirements of the ISO 55000 Asset Management suite of standards in their organisation.
During the two days of interactive workshops, participants will work through the process of implementing the ISO 55000 Asset Management standards logically, breaking apart each step and giving participants the opportunity to explore their own organisation’s problems and develop practical solutions to accelerate the roll out.
The focus of the interactive workshops is on equipping participants with the insight and strategies necessary to lead this change, develop appropriate means of monitoring success, and create engagement at all levels of the organisation.
This workshop provides a structured learning approach that will enable participants to:
- Identify the core business goals for the implementation of ISO 55000.
- Form an action plan for the rollout of new standards.
- Lead transformation change.
- Drive asset efficiency through effective design and contracting measures.
- Costing and financing to maximise asset ROI.
- Frameworks to drive compliance after ISO 55000 implementation.
- Learn from asset failures.
- Develop a plan to accelerate ISO 55000 implementation.
