Phil is an experienced Senior Asset Management and Maintenance Professional with 40 years of technical, leadership, and coaching experience in heavy industry, particularly Oil & Gas Production. He has facilitated and driven improvements in maintenance systems, processes, and organisations in both Australian and International operations. He also has a broad experience across operations, engineering, human resources, training, and financial controls.

Phil is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping others apply best practices in practical, effective ways. He is an experienced and engaging trainer, using plenty of real-life examples to help students understand the concepts presented.

Phil has an Electrical Engineering Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessing. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a Certified Senior Practitioner in Asset Management, and a Certified Asset Management Assessor.
